Mumbai Chowk was suggested by a friend and i was in the area so stopped by this place finally with my two kids. I ordered wada pav, pani puri, pav bhaji and chicken frankie. Pani puri was amazing and way better than other places i have eaten it. Definitely will come back to this place and will try out other stuff. Homemade lemon lime soda was so refreshing. Overall all the items i have ordered were good.

Loved our family lunch here!! What a gem 🙂 excellent, flavorful food with top notch, friendly service. Delicious and well-seasoned without feeling heavy. My normally picky kids ate EVERYTHING. Can’t wait for them to open up their new location in Fremont. Will definitely be back!!!

This has been on my list for a while. Food was delicious and had a nice spicy kick. Ordered the batli (bucket) chicken and it came in a mini bucket . Would definitely come again to try other items on the menu.

When to this place after Ganpati celebration in fremont, It was super crowded, but they handled the crowd well. First time i had curries which had a distinct taste, not like most of the places where all the curries taste the same. The owner was super friendly and their paneer jaipuri and vada pav were awesome. Unfortunately forgot to take pictures.

Worst experience ever. We came 30 mins before the restaurant closing and were said that there is no dine in. That is still acceptable and they said they will be giving take away food. Upon ordering “Vada Pav”, which is apparently their best dish from the reviews, we had the worst experience. It was spicy beyond any rating. It looked like it was intentionally made spicy by throwing chutneys into it. We had to trash all our food. A BIG NO for this place!!

Based on a recommendation, tried out this hidden spot. We got there around 8 pm on a Sat evening and the place was packed. It’s a first come first serve place with no formal waiting system. Tables turn over fairly fast so we didn’t have to wait too long. It seems like a family run place and service was fair.

I love their “hole-in-the-wall” vibe in my 2 visits thus far. Their chicken tandoori is my favorite, perfect texture, perfect seasoning and quality of meat has been spot on. Could use a tad more smokiness but I think their tandoor equipment is probably responsible for the solid 4.5/5 rating I would give it. Yet to try a lot of other items but I have heard good reviews of their fish dishes. I highly recommend checking this place out and giving it a few tries, since there is way too much on the menu to get through in one visit.
