Brought my husband here for his birthday and he really enjoyed the seafood feast. It’s like a big charcuterie board of a variety of seafood served on a full sized baking sheet. Everything was delicious. Our waiter was sweet. Food came out fairly quickly but if you asked for anything else it might take some time. She had forgotten what we had requested twice. Also had to ask for plates which they didnt offer with the appetizers. We had a party of 5 ppl. It was busy and loud as there was a live band playing. Pay attention to the prices on the menu. We were busy looking at all the food/drink options that we overlooked the price. They also add 18% service fee. Overall, definitely enjoyed the music and food.

Based on two visits I would consider that my experience was positive, this restaurant gets pretty busy on weekends and you might want to consider the waiting time for a table. My octopus was delicious and they have the bucket beer promo, a nice bar set up with mariachi. Prices were acceptable.

Everything was okay but what surprise me was they extra charge me 18% for tip with no reason to chose , the food was good and price little bit expensive but be careful they will charge whatever amount of tip they want

Thursday afternoon, the place wasn’t busy but we had to wait for way too long for our 2 meals. Then my partner got his food and I got a huge plate with something we did not order. Then it took another 5 minutes to find anybody to show up and bring me the food we wanted. And at the end they gave us wrong receipts with over $100 because they messed up the tables

I ordered the “ Molcajete de Mariscos Caliente “ a hot cooked dish supposedly ready to eat consisting of fish , octopus, shrimps and crab legs. IMPOSIBLE ! to enjoy when they serve it cooked but not clean. Shrimps still had eyes and shell . Octopus was not properly clean as well. The menu doesn’t mention that it would be served with skin/shell for you to get your hands greasy and dirty cleaning it yourself. Expensive price , not worth the hassle or taste, but I don’t like wasting money so I had no choice, but clean it on the table, and they do not supply wet-ones for you to wipe your hands.

This is a very unique but fantastic restaurant on this side of town. Distinctly Latin and Central American influence, a very welcoming and festive atmosphere including boisterous live music from a mariachi ensemble on a Friday night! There was a comical moment when we first walked in and realized we were the only caucasians in the entire packed house. It was like a hilarious scene from a movie, but the staff was perfectly at ease making us feel welcome and at home.
