We ordered ahead to get 9 lbs of brisket for an event and it was sliced and wrapped to warm up right before on the following day. It was a huge hit! So tender, moist and had a delicious smoky flavor. They sent plenty of their homemade bbq sauce to serve on the side. I highly recommend their food to eat in or carry out! Friendly staff too!

Congratulations to Sean & Katie for living their dream and including us in the delicious food and atmosphere that they have created in Sandpoint! We had the brisket that was so tender we could cut it with a fork. There were a variety of sauces for dipping and the sides had to be Grandma’s secret recipes….so delicious!

Gunna be real honest with this one. The Brisket was top notch, pulled pork was real dry, not much flavor and had to drown it is sauce. Corn bread was alright, coleslaw was watered down and sour like it was the white part of a head of iceberg lettuce and the Mac cheese was terrible(idk about you but it’s hard to mess up Mac cheese) Not worth the $40 i spent unfortunately. This place has potential to be good and hopefully it was an off day.

Smokesmith catered my wedding in 2021 and we did a whole hog roast! It was so amazing all of my guests were impressed the staff showed up professional and the food was amazing! We started the process a few months early and as a crazy bride they made the food portion run so smooth! Love them and eat there all the time can not ask for better bbq around!!!!! Even our little raves about the Mac and cheese and brisket!!
