Very disrespectful workers and bad customer service. My friend is a vegetarian and she requested the assembler to change out her gloves and the bowl that she had already touched with her previous gloves. My friend was met with unnecessary attitude and the worker straight up walked away and asked another worker to assist us. Good portions weren’t that great either, and the rice wasn’t cooked properly. Overall bad experience 🙁

I wish I could give this 0 stars because this chipotle location is awful. The food is always so sketchy because it looks like it was thrown on the ground, stepped on, set on fire, then put in a bowl – and it’s never even right (if you mobile order). With all due respect this location seems to be ran by an incompetent manager who can’t achieve adequate customer service or food quality. I wish they would care more about this place because it would do really well if the mobile orders were actually right or if the food wasn’t so stank.

Always out of chips. I’m listening to people come up to the walk up window to be told that they are out of chips and that the customer will have to contact customer service? You can’t be like every other online ordering app and tell customers you’re out.

After waiting 35 min after the time of my order I was told they have not started my order because to many people have been ordering. While I understand the issue when anyone in front of me asked the same question they were met with the same answer. While I understand being over worked it is not ok to make people stand in the heat (because the pick up window won’t serve you if you are sitting inside with the air conditioning. It has not been an hour granted I made the order at 7:45 for 8:10. It is now 8:45. No food. And I’m not alone. Thank you for the good food quality but why is the most upset person working the window. People are asking for chips and dip but they are out and are not offering any alternative. My order has two orders of chips and guacamole and I was told I won’t get either. That’s not only fraud it is not ok. Sorry Chipotle but this has nothing to do with you or your food just this location and the lack of training.

Go if you want to go, and I hope you like sour cream. But don’t go out of your way to try something new here. Many other places for the same value that are better. And it doesn’t seem like I’m weather in the store or get delivery, nobody understands when a customer ask for “no sour”. Like my momma uses sauce, they try to make you put that s4!+ on everything. Even when you tell them no no no. I had two deliveries with them too. Neither one was correct, but both had sour cream, and keep you thirsty not giving you the drink that you wanted delivered. And if you order from delivery from an app, and it’s not correct, if you try and call the store you can’t even get a person unless you ordered DIRECTLY from them. They CLAIM are not responsible for MISHANDLED APP orders

They are lacking in cleanliness. The tables were dirty even at 9:45 and that suggest that they didn’t clean up from the previous day especially during a pandemic. The rice also tasted almost raw.

The gentleman was so serious about charging me for extra rice . He followed me to the cashier to add the extra charge, the cashier ignored him and rang me up the proper way. Good cashier bad server. I’ve never paid for a half spoon of rice for $1.50 !!! Rice don’t even cost that much I’m vegetarian it’s not like I’m asking put extra on it. Wow

This is the worst chipotle you will find in USA .. the team need to learn how to be respectful and more responsible. On 1 march, before I order a juice, I have asked if the red juice is going to be refilled and they said yes it will be refilled. However, they didn’t refill and refuse to refund me. The team was not accepting their fault, and just ignorant about the service, it just like there are lot of costumers and we really don’t care about these small mistakes just deal with it by yourself and if you don’t like it just don’t come again we have others.

The portions here of the steak salad are negligible. The bathroom was atrocious. The hand soap was there but inaccessible and the hand towel holder was broken and hanging over the sink. Not worth my hard-earned $16 I paid for this meal. Very disappointed.

This location is a horrible one to eat at I would never ever recommend that even to my worst enemy. I love Chipotle but this one is changing my opinion on the brand. They’re constantly out of options like fajitas, beans, and rice (even when it’s nowhere near closing time). The staff is terrible at serving and are occasionally rude as well. I kinda wish I had sleep for dinner instead of this the last time I went.
