Yikes! So let me start by saying that I used to work in a mexican restaurant. I know tacos intimately. That being said, I am not a picky eater. Tacos are usually tacos. And I almost never write reviews but these were an abomination to God. I got the traditional steak tacos and they tasted like straight cat food. But cheap cat food that I wouldn’t feel good about giving to a cat. And the chips were stale and the salsa was far from fresh.

Tried the popper Mac, birria sandwich, and regular grilled cheese. Unfortunately I was very disappointed. The regular grilled cheese was the best one. I love Mac n cheese so I had high hopes for this place. I’ve tried MACS, Grate, & makkncheese and I’d definitely have to say MACS is by far the best!

The food was very good. Interesting flavors for the mac n cheese that works very well. I got the “OG Buffalo Bill.” The prices are a little bit high in my opinion. The drinks are especially expensive. The employee that took my order was pretty nice, but there was only 1 person at the register and 1 person making the food, and it was hard to get their attention when they were both in the back.

You can go wrong with makk n cheese…..I mean wow. Super creative grilled cheese sammich options as well as some prime time Mac n cheese combinations. If you love cheese and noodles…..you have to come here!!!!!

This is the Carnitas. It’s a taco pulled pork. With Chipotle sauce. Hind sight: tell them to hold the Chipotle. It’s over powering. And the pulled pork is so yummy all by itself. The Chipotle ruins this one.

Just went in to get the Buffalo Bill Mac. Really tasty and flavorful. The chicken was made really well and had just the right amount of spice for it. The noodles were good, and the ranch was a really solid addition to the Mac.

I haven’t tried everything on the menu yet, but all of the MAKs are amazing. Food is perfectly cooked, fresh, and flavorful. Much better experience here than nearly anywhere else in Milwaukee. Highly highly recommended.
