Last night I ordered pizza from them and told me they didn’t have nobody at the time to deliver my food so they was gonna call doordash to drop it off and when they drop it off they ate piece of my pizza and I called hungry Howie’s back to get refund and they told me they can’t do nothing about it but y’all the ones who called doordash I WANT MY REFUND!!

The pizzas are generally pretty good, whenever you actually receive the pizza that you ordered. I’ve had delivery problems multiple times, and today I got the “our driver is busy” call at about the time the pizza was due to be delivered. If they knew they had only one driver, why didn’t I get the call immediately after placing, instead of having to wait 30 minutes? Give them a try if you’re going to dine in or pick up, as the the pizzas are good, although the flavored crust thing is a bit of a gimmick (hard to tell the difference between most of them), but save yourself the frustration of trying to get a delivery.

Took two hours for pizza and a calzone. The workers do not pay attention or care to provide good service. I had to call to look foe my order 1.5 hrs after I placed the order to find out it is still on shelf cold. Just because you remake a order doeS represent good service. There was no attempt to offer a discount or free item for my delay. I did not get my order until 2 hours later and it was not even fresh or hot. Despicable very poor service. It does not matter if doordash is the driver, your workers should understand shelf checks and ensure pizzas are being delivered and not just sitting on the shelf getting cold!

Idk if I have to get extra cheese to actually get an even distribution of cheese but I had thin patches of cheese at best. Ridiculous. The pieces I ate had maybe 20% of cheese coverage, at best.

Stopped in here to get some pizza to relive my college days. I remember it being much better back then but it was still decent pizza. The workers were nice and the order was made fast. I prefer other pizza to this chain, but would still consider eating here on occasion.
