This business closes at 10 pm. They turn off their milkshake machine as early as 9:25 pm. They first said the machine is down. Then said if you want a milkshake, you must come early, meaning they have already turned off. So fibbing to me leaves a very bad impression.If a business is open until 10:00, the business should have a full menu until 10:00. If I went in any resteraunt 35 minutes before closing, I expect full service.

I had a terrible experience via the drive-thru. I ordered a Whopper Jr. meal and my burger was cold. I immediately went back and the young lady working in the Drive-Thru had them re-make my burger. I proceeded to drive to work and as I was driving I tasted the sweet tea that I ordered and it was nothing more than slightly Brown looking water. I called back to speak to the manager and to inform her of all of my bad experiences there. I told her I wouldn’t be back. She asked me for the opportunity to make it right. I went back a few days later and Amanda & Eula were working and they remade my entire meal and they made sure that everything was perfect. Debra, Amanda, Eula and the manager (who assured me she would make everything right) were able to convince me that this Burger King can exceed and or meet my expectations. I was very impressed with the excellent customer service that Amanda and Yula gave.

We started with lukewarm fries. Once brought to the employee attention. They quickly dropped more fries for myself and another customer. At the end of the meal we were gifted with a slice of pie. We couldn’t even eat the burgers…they were gray and broke up. We suspect they were only microwaved and not grilled at all. No plans to visit ever again. It’s a problem every time we go.
