Great full-bodied decaf Americano. The wonderfully hot coffee was served in pottery cups (vs. paper cups) which I love. They have a small selection of sandwiches and pastry items which were very tasty. My friend and I tried the croissant breakfast sandwiches and split a cinnamon scone. The service was excellent. I was greeted by a smiling cashier when I entered the coffee house and the staff was very efficient. Recommended!

The opener staff in the morning Alex was so helpful and kind! Great energy to start off the day as I got to the cafe around 6:30. Nice to hit up a cafe with such great natural lighting, not many open this early.

I got a double espresso this morning. It was really good! The staff was so helpful and nice! I loved the baristas green hair. She was so sweet! As you can see it is very clean and well laid out. The coffee shop is quiet this early in the morning so I got a lot of work done. The neighborhood was very welcoming and bright. I’ll be bringing friends here to grab a coffee before work! Very nice place in Richardson!

This place is incredible. I ordered the triple creme caramel and red velvet cake. The coffee was delicious and hot. THANK YOU for serving hot coffee. I’m so tired of other coffee shops giving warm coffee that becomes cold in 10 minutes. The red velvet cake was delicious and a pretty big slice. A woman stopped me on my way to my car to ask me where I got it from, because it looked so good, and guess what – it was rich, moist and yummy! It also had chocolate in it! The lady working there was very nice and helpful as well – I’m assuming she was the owner. One of the best coffee shops I have been to. Although I took my food and coffee to go, it’s a very peaceful and quiet place. Lots of filled tables, I’m assuming from UTD students studying there and others just chatting. The location is a 10/10. Will definitely be back!

Lack of awareness! I love sweetwater and come in all the time. My husband and i have gotten several free drinks from our rewards points because the drinks are addictive. But the older lady thats there… not sure if she owns it or just a manager. But i see her all the time and order from her. So she knows me. I ask for a cup for water and she tells me that if im going to sit at her tables and use the wifi i need to buy something because the past few times I’ve just asked for water and sat down. I responded “but i buy from you guys all the time”? And i was planning on getting drinks to go after my meeting for my husband and i… and she responded with “i know but i noticed the past few times you haven’t”. I feel thats a lack of awareness on her part knowing that i purchase from that location at least 5-8 times a month. And the place was full! Its not like it was empty.

Clean, comfortable place to study or work. There is plenty of seating indoors and out, and music is low enough so as not to be distracting. I just ordered a house coffee, and usually refills on house coffee is complimentary, or offered at low cost. However, when I tried to ask for a refill, the manager told me I would need to download the app, record my transaction on my profile, and then earn rewards points in order to earn a discount. In the end I just paid full price for another house coffee. This loyalty system is cumbersome and and unnecessary, which is why I rated it 4 stars.

Disappointed in this place. Came with a friend for coffee. We stood in line with no one in front of us and only about 5 people in the place seated with their drinks already in hand. It took 4 employees over 3 minutes just to look at us. Not a hello, we’ll be right with you, nothing. Wouldn’t even look at us as they talked to one another. Should have walked out then….
