I hate to leave a review like this but I went there for the first time today and got a cheesesteak and medium fountain drink. First I took a drink and noticed something black stuck to the inside of the cup. I fished it out and it was one of those bugs that fly around when there is bacteria it had wings and was small like gnat. The the soda away. I seen two different people making my sun and they both put seasonal the first guy put a lot. I didn’t think anything if it until I tasted it. Tasted like a bag f salt was dumped on it. My apology but this lace was the worst I usually go to jersey mikes what a mistake I drove from far away to go there I wonder if they added all that spice I. Purpose I gave the sub away couldnt eat it

Okay, I hesitate to give this review because the two stars represent excellent! public relations. I was greeted the moment I entered the door, and engaged in some kind of friendly lite banter until I left the restaurant with my pick up order. I had 2 Phillycheese steak Sandwiches with fries and that’s where the stars left off. The meat was dark because it was over cooked” thin and Greasy! And although I ordered cheese, bell peppers, grilled onions and mushrooms, with tomatoes and lettuce on the side I could not distinguish either of those items on the sandwich once I got home. But I loved the soft bun. What a disappointment and especially for the price. So I hope the owners look at this review and improve because I found them to be a refreshing asset to relations in our multicultural neighborhood, In today’s world.

This was our 1st time here in a very long time and I was really disappointed I ordered the Hollywood pastrami and my mother got the steak sandwich and the meat was overcooked the bread was kind of burnt and both sandwiches just didn’t taste as fresh as if used to I didn’t have a lot of lettuce or tomato didn’t have a lot of meat we asked for more mayonnaise than mustard we didn’t get that either. I’ll give it a pass this time because it was sort of late in the evening after 7pm almost 8pm and I think you close at like 9pm or 9 30pm.

This restaurant is handy for a good steak sandwich, wings, salad, when made right. I would had enjoyed more lettuce and tomato on my sandwich. Nevertheless, everytime I visit, which is once in a while, the movie “Babyboy” is on the television which is unprofessional and disrespectful to most customers. Let’s promote positivity. The lemonade needs improvement and the premade cups of lemonade on display don’t look fresh. We deserve and pay for the best. Thanks
