Thank you for making sure staff was careful not to get my son’s allergens on his food. He has a severe food allergy, and it’s difficult to eat out. The staff actually understood my concerns and took precautions! The burgers are always delicious! My only star subtraction is that the floor is so slippery with grease. I’m always concerned that one of us will slip and fall. Be careful, folks.

The burger was good but missing many of the requested components. I specifically asked for lettuce and tomato to be added to my burger. To add insult to injury, it is on the receipt but between me placing the order and receiving it, something was lost. I should have checked my order before leaving but since the order was not complicated and the store was not busy, I falsely assumed they couldn’t have possibly messed it up… Nonetheless, I was beyond disappointed when I made it home. Pickup order of 5 burgers and fries including 2 kids burgers. All the buns , all, were burned and not just a fringe amount which would be okay. Ten buns all burned. Who would ever serve that? Fries are beautifully cut but limp, no crispiness at all. If this had not been a pickup order this order would have remained on the counter. Didn’t see this until home with 2 fussy kids. Have pictures of the buns.
