First off, I ordered a 3pc dinner I got 1 Thigh and 2 legs. Supposed to get 2 thighs and 1 leg. They were over cooked and really old. No juice at all, the nastiest chicken I have had in a long time. I had fries and they were overcooked and cold too. I could not even eat it was SO bad. Bojangles is opening up the street and I hope they put you out of business. The only positive thing is they served nasty chicken fast.

The time was 21-35. I and one more driver came to pick up our order DoorDash. But before us two Taco Bell workers entered to restaurant and before entering draw a pe..s on door and by laughing they closed door. We knocked to call manager why door closed on 21-35 but the operation hours are until 22-00. Disgusting place and awful staff

Honestly if I could leave zero stars I would. Came in and ordered. Waited 20 minutes, had people order after us, eat and leave and I still hadn’t gotten food. Was told they didn’t have any filets ready and had to cook some. No heads up nothing. Then waited another 17 minutes after that. The sorriest place I’ve ever been to. Will never go back

If I could give this zero stars I would they have never messed up this bad before I ordered two chicken littles and I got a chicken sandwich I ordered a 8 piece of chicken nuggets they weren’t in the bag at all instead they put a box full of stale biscuits in my bag I didn’t even order any biscuit’s then I call well before closing and no answer I’m normally not one to leave a bad review but when your not even looking at an order to confirm it and your standing there texting customers should come first!!!!!

I was the only car in line today. They didn’t know if they had enough chicken for a four pieces. After waiting to find out they did in fact have chicken, I sat at the window for 11min. No one inside to eat that I could see. No one behind or Infront of me. Still got home with the my order wrong. I’ve been to this location several times in the past year or two and never I mean never will I chance it again unless I read somewhere that it’s under new ownership or a new manager.

I HAVE NEVER SEEN A RESTAURANT STAY IN BUSINESS WITH THESE TYPE OF REVIEWS.Absolutely TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE, service, food, quality!!!!! Been there man times and every time say I am NEVER GOING BACK… today shorted on chicken pieces, it was burned and very greasy. I hope MRS. Toma sees this.. it’s bad bad bad everything about the experience. Will NOT BE BACK!!!!!! There should be a ZERO on rating because that’s how much effort went into the effort of preparing my order… pure damn shame !

This is horrible! I get these greasy tenders with burnt pieces all over it sitting in grease and cold fries. Look at my meal versus what I ordered. I want my money back. Great way to ruin my night, it’s cold and I’m still hungry.
