Ordered a medium ice 2 Carmel, 3 cream and this is what I got a medium ice coffee with a sticker that said 1 sugar, 3 cream wait it gets better. Under that sticker was another sticker that read medium latte skim milk which was 2 orders before mine and it wasn’t made like any of the stickers who does that

2:00 in the afternoon on a Monday and the walk in service was closed so I walked to the drive thru and they wouldn’t serve me because I wasn’t in a vehicle. I offered a woman in a car to pay for her order if she got me a coffee and she did. I don’t know who you were but I thank you again.

Look, if you are going to post signs saying ‘This is the price for a donut / munchkins / whatever’, you should at least CHARGE that price when the customer goes to pay. Last several years the prices have never EVER matched the signs. They will not fix it, corporate doesn’t care. I am done with this Dunkin’.

Constantly mess up simple coffees. Then when ask to remake or have someone else make the coffee the manager calls you rude. Apparently it’s rude to want your coffee made correctly. I’ll tell you what though. I certainly become rude when you call me that because i ask for someone else to make my $5 coffee correctly. I reccomend the Dunks at the Shell in this area. You won’t get a rude manager calling you things for asking to get your coffee remade but what does one expect from a young inexperienced manager.

this DDs is horrible!! ask for tea with a side of milk which i had to repeat 4 times. when i went to pick up my tea, i was given creamers. i said i asked for a side of milk and was given a nasty look as she walked away to get it. i guess they can treat customers any way they like. never had a good experience here and wouldnt have come today but the cafeteria at the hospital wasnt open yet.
