They say open 24 hours but they close to service from 9pm to and I quote between “10:30-11:00pm to do closing”. Yet they still are making food and leaving it sitting. What are all the cold toasted buns for, or the fried food just sitting in baskets? So whomever gets service between “10:30-11:00pm” you are getting hours old cold food. As a business man and efficiency consultant this is neither efficient nor good business. Five staff were just walking around telling people no food until “10:30-11:00pm to do closing”. I had backtracked 15 minutes to go to the place that was open. I would not recommend stopping here if you want service or fresh food. Where is Carl Sr. because Jr. Dropped the ball sir. We had an order for a baseball team you missed the paycheck Jr.

The driest burger ever. No California sauce on the California burger. No extra onion or tomato. I Think they made it an hour ago… Good amount of lettuce. Guy running the till was a riot. He gets full stars! Don’t take out, eat in so they can fix it. I would have driven back but had someone with me.

Don’t plan in them beijg open. 24/7 restaurant was closed and the employees were sitting in there doing nothing. We sat at the drive-through deciding what to eat, sat at the window for a while and no one approached us. Finally, we went inside and had to talk to the gas station attendant to find out Carl’s Jr. was closed because the open sign was still turned on. It’s the last food for a long time and we have a long drive to go late at night.

This is one of the worst places I have ever eaten at. The burgers were barely lukewarm, and the fries had to have been cooked several hours earlier. The staff had to be the laziest people I have ever seen. I would really recommend not eating at this place. The tables weren’t clean. It’s just a nasty place to try and have a meal. This place doesn’t even deserve a one-star rating!

I normally really like Carl’s Jr.. But I didn’t even get a chance to order. I was waiting in line for a few minutes. But when it came time for me to go up to the cashier. That’s when the cashier decided to start serving orders instead of cashing. When there was already people doing that. So I stayed in front of the cashier for quite a few minutes. After a while, I finally decided to leave. This place needs a lot of work.

My order was made incorrectly with cheese and mayo. Tall slender manager, Steve maybe was his name, fixed it replaced my fries and onion rings also. That’s good customer service. He was also friendly while dealing with me. I was unhappy to get slowed down and have to come back in. He made me feel better.

Stopped in this Carls Jr. for lunch on the go and to fuel up. It took forever to get my order, I got lost in the system somehow ♀️ but a young woman that I assume was the manager was very apologetic and I found a couple free cookies in my bag when I got to the truck. I totally understand that this type of thing can happen when the place is very busy. I was a bit frustrated by the long wait, but she really seemed sincere in her apology and the cookies were a nice touch.

The customer service at this Carl’s Jr has gone downhill in the last six months. If you order something to go make sure you check your bag they have given me regular fries instead of waffle fries a couple of times.

Don’t waste your time. Got here a few minutes before 10pm. Says open till 11pm. They are closed. Told me they close early to clean for a few hours. When my co-driver asked about it they told her it’s the new POS system and that they always close early when they feel like it. Thanks for being there for us, truckers. We appreciate making your deliveries to get no services back.
