Lady (looks young) who works here this morning as I got in my car was sitting next to the front window smoking with a vape. I have it on video of her blowing the vape out of her mouth & she quickly puts it down as she sees my camera on her. It was at 7:30am on 10/4/22. The other girl was wearing a thrasher shirt but it’s the girl without that shirt. Not very friendly to customers either. This is disgusting. Go outside the store and do it. The vape is now in the atmosphere of a small place where people order food. How sick and inconsiderate can someone be??? Please let me know if you are management and see this so I can send you the video. The other girl working there didn’t even care or say anything. Not sure I’m going to continue ordering from here.

Please don’t add more than one ingredient to enhance the flavor of your coffee – even though you are paying. If you do, it will confuse and anger the staff and she will give you the extra products in mini cups so you can fix your coffee (because she doesn’t know how you want your coffee to taste) the way you like it. Some may not mind this option, but I do. The staff gets paid to prepare orders per the patrons request. Patrons should not have to remake their coffee while standing at the front door. I won’t highlight on the number of stale donuts I have purchased and tossed without eating from this location. Trust me if you have an issue with your order just pay your hard earned money and keep it moving otherwise you will get an attitude from both cashiers especially the one with the same hair bun/tattoos and the guy who prepares the sandwiches. Perhaps, I don’t have the complexion for the connection, because they are friendly to who they want to be friendly too. DD on Terrill Road is so much better – they actually get it!

The morning crew (around 8-10 am) are great! I had been there maybe 6 months ago or so and had a terrible experience, it was super short staffed and they got my order completely wrong. It was quite a mess back then, and Im really happy to share that it has improved immensely. Order is always right, it seems to be a smooth-running operation, and the employees are all super nice. Great work!

Today my husband and I stopped in for a quick coffee. Lupe, the young lady behind the counter, was working by herself. Even though she had multiple people in the store she managed to keep her cool and offer every single person excellent service. Great job. Wish every DD had this type of service.

Coming Down the Pipe
Liked the fact that it was just off 22W kind of set to the side. Small parking lot as well as the establishment itself but clean and fast service. Coffee was on point and food was fresh. Will revisit when we head that way again.

I just went to get a cup of hot water and I told the supervisor who was on duty !!! Can I purchase a cup of hot water she yes sure , she stared ringing up medium tea 4 sugars with lemon I said I only want wanter!!! She said unfortunately I have to charge you as if it was a medium tea all my life of going to Dublin donuts I’ve never heard of that and she will never hey my business again !!!
