Do not order take out from this location! I didn’t learn my previous lesson and ordered a family take out meal . It was supposed to be ready by 2 :40 pm and I got my order only at 2:55I Opened to make sure everything I paid for is in the order . The extra few chicken egg rolls I ordered wasn’t in the box . So I explained to them workers . No apology what so ever . Told me will be couple of mins but it took 10 more minutes . Tried to speak to the so called manager Cris in the store . That guy was very rude , not apologetic . Do not order take out from this store . In previous order , my angus steak was missing and I had to drive 10 mins to there to pick up. 40 total mins to pick up an online carry out order? No that’s not acceptable when you are a fast food chain .

I wish I could give this place ZERO STARS. I ordered online from the Panda Express app ( which I uninstalled from my phone after this ) b/c Panda was promoting a free delivery for orders over 10 bucks. Place my order received a alert it was delivered. I check every single door 2x. I called Panda. I explained I received a email informing me my food was delivered but it was nowhere to be found. The person on the phone replied in a the as if I was bothering her. “So what do you want me to do about it” I politely said nevermind. Printed the receipt & order confirmation and went to Panda Express and asked for the Manager. Turns out the person on the phone was the manager. If I the manager would’ve just gave the customer their my food but I was reluctantly giving a refund and had to ask for a receipt showing my refund ♂️

The food on the top of the steam table dish looked fresh, but when they scooped it onto my plate there is a bunch of really old overcooked food underneath. I was not able to eat all my food because the stuff underneath was too disgusting to eat. I’ve experienced this a lot with panda and every time I come here I try to be careful about what I get just by looking at it but it’s no use! Horrible experience!!!
