They serve all table orders of sushi on the sushi boat! Veggie rolls are kept separate from the fish rolls on a separate serving dish. Vegan Poke is a lovely fresh taste but do know there is a haystack of spiraled radishes underneath which are still tasty I was just surprised by them. My two veggie rolls were good but missing the it factor. My friends deeply enjoyed their fish rolls. One said there was too much rice paired with her salmon nigiri. She said the salmon was some of the best shenanigans had but the rice was taking too much away from it. We would all happily eat here again.

My girlfriend and I arrived into South Lake Tahoe to celebrate her birthday weekend and absolutely loved this place. The server had only been there for about a month but directed us through the menu like a pro. The food was amazing, great presentation from start to finish! I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for years and I honestly wouldn’t post reviews unless I felt the need to. This was one of those times! Great job all around I highly recommend to anyone that’s looking for some great sushi 🙂

I agree with the lower rated reviews here. The rolls have a lot of filler (imitation crab) and sauce. It doesn’t taste bad necessarily, but it’s just very mediocre. We also got the tempura platter. It looks really impressive but it was very greasy and heavy on the batter. Also there was so much red bell pepper and orange sweet potato, not really vegetables you’d see in tempura.

Very busy place when I went for dinner with my family. I ordered their largest sashimi platter and requested extra salmon because my son likes only that. I was shocked when they served thinly sliced pieces of fish the kind that is served on top of rolls and not nice cut fish, if you just like Japanese food then it’s okay to go here. If you’re really going to enjoy sushi I would never recommend this place.

Sushi was very simple and the same, the choice is small. Ordered 4 sets, 3 of them were almost identical. Well, at least the price was right. ( 50$ )and really liked that all the sushi was brought at the same time and on such a large tray, and it was also unusual to see wasabi and ginger on the cucumber 🙂
