Great German food! The new owners (4 months) are working hard to provide a german atmosphere, and food to satisfy your German palette. Your food may take a little time to get, but it’s worth the wait. They currently only have the 1 chef (Chef Joshua, the owner) but he rolls out the food at a good pace.

Very slow tonight because one of the cooks didn’t show, and they had a larger crowd than usual. Food was flavorful – some items were very good – but a few items were cooked too hot and fast (a bit too done), probably because they were running behind so much.

This place has amazing food, atmosphere and drinks. I ordered the Schnitzel Ala Holstein and the taste was incredible. Savory, salty, and satisfying. The owners were very welcoming and very kind. The had great recommendations and overall was a great dinning experience. Please go out and support this business.

Can’t even describe how amazing this German restaurant is! The dishes here are phenomenal best German food ever! Better yet best German restaurant around! So for the bad reviews they don’t know what they’re talking about they’re definitely missing out on something amazing.

The new owners are my family but have always had a talent in the kitchen. I have worked for this new owner(my brother) in Oregon at a different type of restaurant. Very high energy, always working, always cooking something, always trying to please others, very determined, and he always wanted a restaurant to run for himself. He has ran other restaurants(Oregon & Indiana) under those owners so I expect and can see him being successful in this new journey. I am looking forward to making it back out to Florida again to visit and lend a helping hand where it’s needed. Please be kind, respectful, and patient with these owners as this is a new, big responsibility and journey for them. We all want them to be as successful as possible. Thank you!

I would never like to see any young business owner not be successful. But at some point in time you have to take ownership. After reading the replies it appears problematic. Our wait time for food was about 2 hours after sitting down. It took 45 minutes to receive an app and beer. When the roaches appeared with our main course, in front of the female owner, the excuse that time was blaming other attached businesses. The mash potatoes appeared to be either old or like a 50/50 of real/instant. No attempts made to make even a small discount. It’s clear you guys have some good friends leaving good reviews. But improvements need to be made with time management and professional communication. To say it was a traditional or even close of an experience, is a stretch.

5/2023 – BEWARE. Clearly the new owner also purchased the past positive high reviews. 2 people $145.

Passing through the area from out of town, happened to see this restaurant listed among a slew of your other typical choices so of course I settled on giving it a try… This was definitely a stellar culinary experience!
