It’s been well over 5 years since I’ve had Pizza Hut and well it tastes the same! This pizza was so fresh. Easy online ordering. Easy to get to from Unser. Stuffed crust was good! On their app there was deals listed which made it easy and convenient.

I would give it zero stars if I could. Placed an order in the last hour. Ordered three pizzas. Delivery came, there was a pizza missing. Driver had literally been gone minutes. Called the store, employee who answered was rude, didn’t offer to call the driver to see if it was still in the car. They offered to remake the pizza but it would be an hour before they could get it to me. My husband’s pizza was not cooked all the way through. Never ordering from this location again. Never had this problem before. Even worked for the company years ago.

This Pizza Hut usually gets our order correct & the food is great! This time (21/07/23) I was/am very upset about the quality of my pasta. Even though we just ordered it yesterday, by today, it really was not safe to eat! It literally smelled spoiled, and, even my wife determined that it was bad! (We are both trained Chefs, so we know a thing or two about cooking and food safety) Tried to call the location, and all I got was their call center which obviously wasn’t located anywhere near the United States! Unfortunately, it’s very apparent that Pizza Hut is not concerned about their customers here in the USA!!! We definitely don’t know how to communicate with Pizza Hut, when they don’t even answer their calls of their customers that only live less than 4 miles away! Considering switching to either Domino’s or Little Caesar’s, because an iconic pizza restaurant has been turned into a very unsatisfying experience.

We have had multiple issues with missing items and our order being incorrect. Management always promises a credit to our next order but when we call in it’s always mysteriously gone. Pizza hut as a whole is really good but this location is lacking. Charged us for what was supposed to be a comped meal and still forgot our drink their customer service is a joke.

We shifted away from Pizza Hut for years, but recently we decided to give them a second chance. We were surprised and pleased to discover the service was excellent, the deep dish pizza was perfectly baked – no doughy, damp center – and the toppings were in excellent proportions.

Every order we get from this location is generally not very well prepared, either burned or not cooked and looks sloppy. They also get our order wrong half the time. We are going to have to quit ordering. The staff as well as the management seem confused and aren’t very friendly. They are borderline rude.
