My order was late by 35 mins and was a curbside pickup. Couldn’t complete curbside pickup so I went inside and my food was still not ready. I mentioned this to the cashier to see if he could accommodate me with breadsticks or cheese sticks for the inconvenience. I was told no. I highly recommend not patronizing this location if you want friendly and on-time service. The employees were listening to music that was highly inappropriate for children. The store was extremely hot and uncomfortable to have to sit and wait for my food to be cooked past it’s pickup time. When my order was finally handed to me, it was ice cold as if it had been sitting for a long time. It appears as though they have some severe organization issues.

Every time I order I have had to wait over an hour to get my food. Today I ordered early to ‘beat the wait time’. Still had to wait 40 mins. The driver arrived with the wrong order told me she would be right back with the right order. Waited an hour, called the store and was told I had another over an hour wait from the time I called. In total I have waited 3 hours for pizza and wings.

Horrible service yesterday I order a pizza for me and my friends at a broke down barn they told us that it was a invalid address. The next day I order a pizza at a valid address and they sent it to the invalid address we put yesterday. First the lady was extremely rude second the send the pizza to a “invalid address”
