Whenever I travel I search for tacos. I was in SLC for a conference a few weeks back and when I saw a taco cart nearby I knew I had to try it. Well my search was over. I ate there all three days I was in town. Silvia and Maria Estela are amazing, lovely people, who cook everything fresh every day with love. I had carne, pastor, and lengua tacos, all phenomenal. I also had carne burrito and it’s a perfect burrito, proper proportions and all the goodies spread evenly…and fried cheese! Also, highly recommend their fresh homemade salsas – esp the habanero! Such a great dining experience, I will 100% visit if I’m ever in SLC again, and I still dream of the burrito! Pa lo q saben!
