Located in Old Town Monrovia. The food is absolutely fantastic. The broth for the pho tasted unique and better than what I’m used to. Everything was surprisingly decently priced. I will definitely be coming back when I’m in the area. We tried the starter platter and a rice dish as well and nothing disappointed. I’d like to try their other offerings.

Viet Phomula is a really good place for Pho. The Viet Pho Super Bowl is something special with that huge rib as a garnish. Almost impossible to eat by yourself and we dare you to try. I always come back home with leftovers. Everything else is pretty typical for a Vietnamese Restaurant but this place does it just about as good as the rest of them. We have been coming here for years and it’s still the same. It’s comfort food for us.

Finally made it in for a late lunch with my friends. Food was great. Their restaurant was pretty quiet. Food came out quickly! I had pork Bahn mi sandwich… it was just okay. The French bread was a little more dry than I like and the sandwich could have had more meat in it. My friends ordered their vermicelli salad and appetizer platter and extra spring rolls. All of which were good!

I have ordered several times through Ubereats but it was my first time being there. The server has no interest in serving people and the restaurant is far from sanitary. The food taste is ok, but considering the other aspects of the restaurant we decide not to return this place. It deserves one star.

I ordered a couple of their BBQ pork Bahn mi and one of their grilled beef Bahn mi as well as the egg rolls (4 pieces). Every item was $10. The Bahn mi sandwiches were quite tasty and fresh. We liked the BBQ pork one better. The egg rolls were crispy but over fried and burnt a bit, but they were tasty, nonetheless. I’ll try their pho next time.

I ordered the Pho tai filet and what I got was definitely not filet. The meat was overcooked and the soup was bland. There were 4 of us and they gave us 1 spig of basil to share. I asked for more and she brought only 1 more. I had to ask for more again, but thus time I was more specific and she brought us the minimal acceptable amount. The waitress was not friendly and never asked us how we were doing. The food is acceptable, but not authentic pho. As far as prices go, it’s average, but if you take into account the quality of food, I would say it’s expensive. I wouldn’t go back, unless it was the last pho place in the county.

Newly remodeled. Staff was great, super attentive and patient. Even tried their best to accommodate a family that came in and asked for chow mein. Broth was great. Had a fever on a hot day and this was great in helping me get over it. Will have to return with the family.
