The worse experience.i came in to simply order a to go order and I ended up leaving without any food due to the lack of customer service. I ordered my food at 354 pm and I ended with a refund at 435. The manager had a nasty attitude. Young African American male with twist in his hair. Lack of knowledge and lack of training let along multitasking skills. Never will I ever come here again!!!

Worst experience ever. Im waiting in line while the host ( Miguelyne) was practically acting like i wasnt standing right infront of her and instead chose to ignore and kept putting her coins into the register , some guy from uber came and she quickly knowldged him. Instead of looking at me and atleast saying “ i will be right with you” or send me to the the host next to her. Instead shes there taking her treat as time till i told her hello. Are you going to attend me or do u need me to go to the other register she said she was finishing her coins but ummm hello why cant you say something ? I felt like u choose to ignore me then she took my order and i had to literaaly tel her to repeat because i cpuldnt understand her. Worst experienc ever !!!

I will never go here again. I paid for my order the money left my card immediately, and then 3 days later, they took more off my card. I guess I have to buy an employee lunch after I bought my kid her meal. ♀️ Cashapp and wingstop have a scam going on. I paid twice for the same meal. Watch your cash app updates. I just got robbed. The food was not good enough to pay double for.

Place an in app order for 3 large Cajun corn (literally that’s it!). Got to the location 30 minutes after placing the order to have to wait another 30 minutes for the order they had to apparently look for. I’m not sure if it’s because their understaffed. But multiple people were having the same issue, even the Uber eats drivers were having an issue.

Slow. No customer service skills. No hair nets. Claws for finger nails. Weave every where. If you have to keep using your hands to adjust your hair, touch your face, touch money and then pack up someone’s food you need a hair net and retraining. The restaurant has a wet meldew smell. The floors are sticky. The bathrooms are either a mess or don’t work. They curse alot in front of customers, give you the wrong food with a very bad attitude. Get irritated that you ask for the items you paid for. The food sometimes is thrown in the bag, fries everywhere. Get mad when you ask for an eta on order. They make door dash/uber people wait for ever. This place needs a whole sanitation scrub down and a refresh button.

We got there at 6:10 and ordered 16 boneless wings, 2 fries, and a chicken sandwich and an hour later we were still waiting. Went to the counter and they said they were working on it. We saw many people come and go, ordering food and leaving with it while we sat and waited. They offered no apology for the hour and 15 minute wait for our food and the fries weren’t even done. Horrible experience and will not be back!
