The restaurant is off the strip and very well located. There was a little wait but the place was very busy. Our waiter was very nice and polite. Im in love with the mashed potatoes!! As a Canadian i always forget how much butter is served with pancakes and should’ve asked for less, thats on me. We got our meal quickly especially considering the place was super busy. The only thing is the restrooms, not very clean and need to renovation.

I haven’t been to this location in a while, but I’m glad I came back! The atmosphere was calm, the staff was polite, & friendly. Our waiter even took the time to make sure he heard all of our orders & requests carefully. He also let us know on the wait time for our food & let the kids have their food first, before the adults. I am definitely coming back

Enjoyed breakfast. Very courteous staff. This is the only IHOP I’ve seen offered free refills on juice and milk. I love the WEST coast even more now. Food was good. Prices are reasonable. If they’re crowded when you arrive they take your name/number and send you a message when your table is ready. Free parking in lot.

It was great! Great service, great food, but I had to take stars off of atmosphere because I didn’t know where to remove points for the dirty utensils we received. The auto-dishwasher must not be working properly. There was still old food on the utensils received. I’ve worked with those large corporate dishwashers and recognize the stuck on food. Other than that, it was good.

I routinely go to this location and for the first time I didn’t like the service due to anyone explaining that kids eat free only from the kids meals. I asked the young lady at the front before I ordered if kids eat free and she said yes but never explained from which menu. At time of payment I asked you by my bill high and she mentioned because I ordered separate items for my child I told her no one explained and she didn’t even apologized nor said anything just proceeded with my payment!

Waited 10 minutes to be greeted and 5 more before being seated. The meals for the 3 of us came out at separate times. When I went to pay the bill was &75 and change. Sindy, our server gave me $25 back. The experience is not what I am used to from IHOP

Our waitress was inattentive and rude. She passed our table several times without checking in on us or giving us an update on our food. We had to ask for refills! We saw her 4x: once for drink order, next for our food order, then our food delivery, and last as we were walking out the door because we had to find someone to give us the check. Coming from someone in the service industry—Do better. -1/10
