This Domino’s Pizza is my absolute favorite! The pizzas are always cooked to perfection with a crispy crust and flavorful toppings that never disappoint. I usually don’t like wings from chain pizza places but the ones here are solid and packed with flavor. Pizza clearly was not cooked. When I returned inside the employee said it was cooked I showed him the raw dough…he stated it was cooked. I went out to my vehicle to get my phone to take a picture and he moved my pizza from counter to over the plexiglass and out of the way. I reached over and got the pizza that I had paid for and he told me that I was not allowed to touch it and he was making me another pizza and it would turn out the same way and I would never be allowed back in his store. He didn’t need to assert that because I never will be returning to his store.

Store#4857: It was raining out, no mats were on the floor, and the floor was wet. I slipped and fell, landed on my right knee and hurt my left wrist. The associate saw me fall and didn’t say anything. When I got to the counter he asked me the name for the order, ignoring the fact that he just saw me fall. I got my order and then told him the floor was wet and should probably be mopped as I just fell and hurt my wrist and knee. His response, “oh, ok.” There were several other people working and no one said anything about the situation. The associate followed behind me and threw a mat down on the floor over where it was wet as I was walking out the door. The mat was rolled up in the corner, not sure why it wasn’t on the floor to begin with since it had been raining for a while before I came in. Then, I got home to realize my pizza had the wrong toppings. I called to complain and a different associate told me I had to bring the pizza back in and they would remake it, or accept store credit. So now I drive to the store a second time with the pizza in hand so it can be checked because apparently I’m lying. The associate opened the box and front of me and nodded his head as if to confirm I wasn’t lying about the mistake. I have never had such a bad customer service experience at this store. I’ve gone there dozens of times, but I won’t be returning after this. I guess I should have read these other reviews. Horrible customer service and they apparently don’t care about simple safety protocol. Never again.

I ordered a pizza with double cheese and pepperoni. The pizza was extremely salty and the sauce was bland at best. I realize that the extra cheese and pepperoni might have added to some of the saltiness but not to this extreme. I have ordered other pizzas with same combination and they were ok. So I’m not sure why it was so salty but we ended up throwing it out. So I will not be ordering from dominoes again. I pretty sure this doesn’t happen very often.

I ordered cheesy bread & chicken Alfredo pasta. Unfortunately by the time I picked up the order that I was Sharing with a customer of mine, it was too late. The bread was burnt, and I believe the Alfredo was forgotten. While placing the order, the breadbowl and customize options were both gone…

Went to pick up my order on March 18th, 2023 at 8:45 pm. Staff was rude, misbehaved & showed racism. He cancelled my order & asked me to leave the store. I am going to complaint about it but just want to make people aware of this incident.

Staff is rude and unprofessional. When I asked why the price doubled (from roughly $6 per pizza to $12) because of the addition of about 6 slices of onion per pizza. I was told very abruptly “I don’t know I don’t control the prices”. Followed by a condescending grin. I get that they don’t control the prices but obviously can’t explain the prices to a customer or take the time to try. (There we’re no other customers in the store at this time.).
