Went to Texas Roadhouse for dinner for the first time at the Cheyenne location last Saturday. Knowing how busy this chain restaurant can get, we went a bit before the dinner rush and got seated right away. From the time we entered the restaurant to the time we left the service was absolutely outstanding! The staff was attentive and friendly. We even had a floor manager come up after service to check how everything was, which in my opinion shows that they care about customer’s experience, which is a very nice touch! As for the food, we’ve been to a bunch of different Texas Roadhouses in different states and rarely had a bad experience in general but this visit by far was one of my favorite. The food came out quick, hot and tasted fresh but most importantly our steaks were cooked to the temperature we requested! We’ll be back for sure!

First time at a Texas Roadhouse in years. Make sure you call ahead to be seated at this one. Its popular and for good reasons. The food is delicious. The staff is pleasant to talk with. We got seated at “Willie’s Corner” and it made me really really happy. I didn’t know he had a special spot there but now I do. Anyway. I’m not a big drinker, in fact, I don’t drink more than one or two alcoholic beverages a year. This dinner I decided to treat myself to a what I believe is called a “Kenny’s Cooler” with a kicker. I may have to come back and edit that because I cannot find it on google right now but I will attach a pic. I needed about 5 more of those because it was GOOD! My other half and I ordered burgers for our meal and our little one had a hot dog and corn. Great food, good atmosphere…darn good drinks! Will be back!

As a native Texan visiting a Wyoming Texas Roadhouse, we were very satisfied not only with the amazingly delicious steaks and drinks we received, but also the wonderful service. Our waitress was awesome and very attentive to us. We very much appreciated the Texas sized rolls we received to-go. This is a Texas approved Roadhouse.

Hostesses at 1pm had us wait 15 minutes then the buzzer went off and they didn’t have a table and they asked if we would sit at the bar. I’m 50 and barely 5ft I didn’t want to sit on wood with my legs dangling but they told us we’d have to wait longer after seating the couple behind us at a table. I used to love this place but it’s not worth the nasty looks and attitude.

Our steak ordered at medium was served tough not very tender, one of our orders was not put into the system to be served and was completely missed by the staff. Since we visited during peak hours and the restaurant was completely filled, a few mistakes are acceptable. The management was understanding and offered to remove the meal from our bill. I would recommend visiting this establishment.

Taylor was our waitress and had such a sweet personality. She was fantastic! I don’t know how she can keep up with all her tables, especially on a Friday night, but we never had to ask for refills.

Always good food and friendly service. Always busy too. We did the call ahead and only waited about 20 minutes. Our waiter was a bit forgetful. Had to repeatedly ask for things. Ordered drinks, after the others were delivered, we had to ask twice for the beer. When we placed the food order, asked for bbq and ranch for the Chicken Critters, had to ask twice after the food was served. Asked twice for more bread. Notice the pattern here? Lol. Taking our food to go, had to as three times for a lid for the ranch. Made for a irritating experience. Like I said, they were busy, and I can see forgetting one time, but it was the theme for the night. Not from here, so it will be awhile before I’m back to this particular establishment. I will continue to visit others.

I have never had a bad meal here. Steaks are always cooked to perfection. I am extremely picky about steaks, but I have never had a bad, or Incorrectly cooked steak. There isn’t another restaurant that I have been to that I can say the same about. The only reason the atmosphere is 4 stars is because on busy nights, you can’t even carry a conversation with the party you are with. They definitely need to invest in sound deadening panels to place around the inside to absorb a lot of the noise. Other than that, it’s always a perfect place for a great meal.

I would say the best steak I ever have in this restaurant chain. Staffs are friendly and attentive to your needs. The steaks are cooked perfectly to our desire and their bread are freshly baked not oven heated. We enjoyed our meal and I recommend that you stop at this texas roadhouse whenever your in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
