Two people were waiting on food when I walked up to the register. It took 3-4 minutes for any employee to acknowledge my presence. None of them looked happy, in a hurry, or like they cared about business or customers. The “buffet” had no food, but all sorts of miscellaneous store stuff, like it was a storage closet–see pic; and there was a bucket of dirty water sitting ON THE COUNTER where you pick up food–see pic. I was friendly with the lady who took my order and helped me. I ordered a BoBerry biscuit, and noticed a pan under the heat lamps with a few on it. I watched the lady come up and “tap” them with her tongs. When she realized they were old and hard, she looked over at me and told me she was going to cook me a new one. I told her I would happily wait for a fresh one. When I opened the box later, she had given me two. There was no tea at the drink station, so they filled my cup behind the counter. All the food was good.

Empty at rush (5:30-6p) & due to the “service ” I can see why. So disappointed because I have always enjoyed the Bojangles chain. I feel for the owner because they are loosing $$$ with how the place is currently managed. Good luck. So

I understand when it’s time for lunch but come on. The bottom part of my biscuit is so hard I could knock someone out with it. I can’t even eat it. The lady who took the order didn’t want to be at work by the way she was talking. The lady at the window didn’t say hey or thank you. And they gave us what tasted like a diet drink. Absolutely horrible. Not going back.

Called the day before to order 60 biscuits for a meeting. Asked me what time and i said 8 am and I was asked to make it 8:15 and I said ok. When arriving i see it is drive thru only. I stepped up to window to tell them I was there. I was rudely told the window was drive thru only and I needed to come inside which both doors are locked and no one would let me in. Needless to say I didnt get my order till almost 20 till nine and even though I had already asked about jelly and they said it would be with the order when I checked no jelly so I had to ask again. If they didnt want to do the order all they had to say was no the day before and I would have went somewhere else. I hope they do not expect a repeat customer.

Made us wait 30 minutes, for a 3 piece combo, and noone was at the store, so it wasn’t busy.They kept telling me 3 more minutes when I would ask how much longer on the food.Eventually had to give up and leave. Avoid this place. I’ve never eaten here because of that incident and I never will. Minus 5 stars!!!!

This is the second Bojangles in 25 miles we tried and we hear over the speaker “we only serving tenders and fries”. Are you joking? But okay, so we order two 5 piece tenders and two sweet teas. “We don’t have no sweet tea.” Okay two pepsis- “hold on….” ….. “what you want to drink?”

I was trying to find a place me and my employees could sit down and eat. It is 1:00 in the afternoon and I was told by the staff that the dining room is closed for the rest of the evening. It is genuinely because they don’t want to have to clean up after people. Took our money to Chick-fil-A who was more than happy to accommodate me and my 2 employees. I never recommend laziness to anyone. And this Bojangles is super lazy!!
