My work is from Somerset, and with our local Taco Bell being closed for renovations we put in a massive order around 10:30 AM of 18 cravings boxes, 2 burritos, and drinks for each meal. We showed up around 30 minutes after ordering and our food was ready within 5 minutes with 100% accuracy. The staff was incredibly kind, thanked us for our business, and did not show any signs of being upset due to the very large order size. This service is something we are not used to at our local Taco Bell – and we were very shocked at the kindness and gratitude displayed. I personally will be back due to how kind every worker was. Not to mention, the restaurant was absolutely spotless when we came inside to pick up our order! Thanks again!

Super clean place, even the bathroom! They’re really nice people who work here. They obviously KEEP this clean! I noticed there were more people through the drive through though. People came in and ordered but didn’t sit and eat. Should have! They’ve got outlets for your phone chargers at the tables too. Pretty cool!

Almost every time I go to this taco bell after 7 pm my food is wrong. Tonight was no exception. Went for food, ordered 2 chicken chalupas, a Mexican pizza, Chipotle chicken wrap and nacho fries for my kids and I. Paid $21 for said order, waited over 10 minutes in drive thru only to get home and realize that yet again I’ve been given the wrong bag. It’s pointless trying to call of a night bc they either won’t answer, the fax answers or they’re rude and snotty. I work in fast food and I completely understand accidents happen, but this is ridiculous and judging from the other reviews I’m not the only person this has happened to more than once.

I ordered tonight and everything was thrown in the bag I’m missing over half my order they won’t answer the phone they were disrespectful and rude I’m not the one that usually complains I call the fix it and it’s all good but this was ridiculous the lady at the window practically threw my food at me monticello ky Taco Bell has really got some issues my food is cold the tacos don’t even have cooked tortillas and the meet is old the lettuce is brown and rotted I will be calling in the morning bc this will be fixed

Don’t eat here! I got a dark thick piece of chicken bone the size of my thumbnail in my quesadilla and all they offered to make it right was to replace the quesadilla! So I can eat more chicken bone? The manager was rude as hell and way too cocky to work in a public job. I’ll never eat at this one again maybe none. #Ruined

The food was great, the prices we’re great and the young lady that waited on us was very friendly. Everything about our eating experience here was great, EXCEPT although there were only like 2 other people in the whole place that we’re dining in, every table in the place was dirty from where other diners had been and even the floor was littered. Not very clean at all.
