Worst service ever. 4 waitresses working, waited for more than an hour, and never got our food. When we left the waiter even call us stupid. Never will I ever go here again. And never will I ever eat at Waffle House again. If I could, I would give it a zero rating star.

We had to eat with plastic forks and knives because they didn’t have any clean utensils and the same with their drinking glasses had to drink from Styrofoam glasses, my meal a Philly type sandwich to which the bread was soggy and not toasted with side order of hashbrowns that were cold, overall the establishment wasn’t very clean, if the Board of Health were to have walked in they would have shut the restaurant down because of uncleanness and dirty dishes just piled up on top of some of the counters and the floor behind the register was filthy even had food just being walked on and around due to it falling on the floor from when it was cooked off the stove, one waitress made the comment that the shift before her had left them in a bind and didn’t clean up properly as the should have, I’ll never stop at that establishment ever again, i understand that all WAFFLE HOUSES are not that way, thank you kindly it’s just my opinion!

Food was great the first time I visited and usually pretty good! Just need my waffles while I’m eating the rest of my breakfast instead of after. Now, let’s talk about the bad stuff. First I had to clear off my own table after waiting 5 to 6 minutes to never be seated then had to wait another 10 minutes to be acknowledged and served BEHIND two guys who walked in 5 minutes after we did. They have no idea who walks in and in what order because everybody’s heads and eyes are down. Never get over this 1970s “Alice” look and vibe. 6/17/2023.

I walked in and the restaurant was not busy at all. I sat down at the counter and waited for someone to come over and recognize I was there or at least acknowledge me. I waited about 10 minutes and no one came over to take even my drink order or give me a menu. So I got up and left. Very poor service at this restaurant.

Out of the three locations in Pearl, this one used to be the best. Or they were just having a bad night on my most recent visit. The place was filthy. Dead bugs laying in the windows – including mine at my table – and everywhere else, trash all over the floor, filthy rusty napkin holders. The food… My omelette was full of egg shells. My hash browns were soft and soggy. My bacon was burnt. I sent it all back and had it replaced. The cook apparently didn’t have anything else to do – like clean the place up – because he spent much time blasting gospel music on the jukebox. Uhg.
