Food is literally never right, nuggets and onion rings are ALWAYS half cooked and soggy/cold in the center, and most of the emloyees are very rude with a couple exceptions. I went through the line with my husband and we heard the manager call out our order to the back to remake it because they handed out wrong and gave our food to the people in front of us, when we heard the order called out we told them it wasn’t right and they assured us it was and that there was no mustard or pickles on our burger, but sure as can be we parked and opened up the burger and it was covered in mustard and pickles after we SPECIFICALLY TOLD THEM IT WAS WRONG already. Will not be going back.

Came thru the drive thru. Cashier was singing and acting childish while waiting on me. NOT THE FIRST TIME. Then I pull up to get my food. And the girl is mad because she gave me the wrong food. Was extremely rude to me. This is the kind of people you have working there. What personality. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The most unrespectful head manager ever. I never gonna go back. That woman doesn’t know how to treat customers and that’s what she is teaching in that place to her workers. She makes fun of the customers and is gossip person. It was VERY HUMILIATED. She lost a frequent customer. Her loss.

It ridiculous that this month alone we have had to go back and get refunds 4 times because the ENTIRE order was incorrect. An worse yet we have noble ordered breakfast at 9:40am and 10:00am (breakfast ends at 10:30) they have said our food wasn’t ready and we wait and wait and then they say they cannot serve it to us after over 30 minutes waiting because one time it was no longer breakfast anymore even though we didn’t Mobley and other time was because they were out of items that they forgot they ran out of for 30 minutes and it wasn’t even 1030

We smelled the grilled ground beef in the air and had to go for a Whopper combo. The burger was delicious the new fries were hot and tasty and the tea was just as good as McDonald’s. The prices are higher than before COVID-19, but what isn’t higher. Go when you see the smoke, and they are busy.

Omg it was absolutely terrible today! All the workers moved like sloths, and didn’t give a dang about the customers. It took about 15 minutes to get my food while one worker nonchalantly sprinkled fries into the container one by one. The poor guy behind me didn’t even get his until I had already finished eating. I understand that it gets busy sometimes, but NONE of the staff knew what they were doing or cared. I won’t be back at this one for a very long time.

So I just broke line at the drive thru and went back to work. I was the third one to leave without ordering. The other 2 were behind me. I was #3 in line 9 minutes before and the 1 in front of me still hadn’t been able to order. The first one was just being served at the window as I drove away. I deleted the rest of my comments.
