Best Italian food in a long time! Love the BYO pasta choices, and the wines were awesome. I think we’ve found a new favorite. Owners are so nice

Ravioli and canoli cake were amazing. My party stopped through randomly on the way home from a trip and we had a very good experience with the wait staff and food. I highly recommend trying this restaurant out.

Incredible Italian food with a Sicilian spin. The lasagna, surprisingly enough, has whole eggs (not eggs mixed into ricotta) actually in the layers! Sounds simple but that amazed me. The richness in the tomatoes in the bruschetta sharply and deliciously contrasts the way they’re roasted. In the shrimp fontina, the sauce was rich with flavors of the sea and the pasta was cooked to perfection. I don’t hype up many places, but if you come through Toledo, you must check out Sebastiano’s. Cozy atmosphere with light music on Friday nights, an evening you can’t miss.

Absolutely love this place! Went for the first time to check it out, and we were not at all disappointed! The atmosphere of the place is nice and relaxed and the service was good and friendly too. The place is nice and clean, food was delicious, and they had a piano player (what a lovely touch). This is definitely a place to check out! We will be going back many times.

Really enjoyed the service. The food was just ok. The portions were adequate. For different entrees in our party plus appetizers. The ciabatta was good but the bruschetta was essentially warmed up canned tomatoes with a sprinkle of Parmesan. The crostini fungi was like mushroom soup with some cheese. The twelve hour sauce lacked flavor. The meatballs were disappointing. None of our party finished our meals and it wasn’t due to the size of the portions as much as to the lack of flavors. The pasta itself was good as were the mussels appetizer. Will not be returning. Toledo has plenty of better Italian dining experiences.

My son prides himself on finding and trying all the Italian restaurants in Ohio and Michigan. He has waited for over a year to try Sabatino’s, it was his birthday choice. I would have given the restaurant a 5 star until we were informed after seating ordering drinks looking over the menu our waitress sheepishly came to my side and informed me that there would be a $1.50 per person added to our bill for bring in our own birthday cake for my autistic son. Are you kidding me?? Unless I missed it on your website I see nowhere does it say this is a NoNo to bring in your own cake, or subject to surcharge. I have had birthday celebrations at the Mancy’s and many other fine dining restaurants and never experienced this. If it wasn’t for my adult son with autism I probably would have relocated our party of 9 or ate the cake in the parking lot,I even brought my own paper plates, but the weather didn’t permit so. If I missed it on the website I apologize. Our waitress was amazing, food was very good, atmosphere very nice. $280.00 later for our party which included a $1.50 per person surcharge. What if only 2 people ate cake would it have been only $3.00???? Not sure we will be back. Highly recommend it is added to the web-site must disclose the nature of the party and a surcharge will be added for bringing in your own cake.

10th anniversary dinner did not disappoint. Our food was incredible. Definitely recommend the creamy pesto. Best Italian food I’ve had in a long time (and I’ve been to Italy)! Service was wonderful and our drinks were very good too. Definitely will go back!
