So for Thanksgiving I received a gift of the “best ham in America!” & it certainly did not disappoint! I didn’t know what to expect but it was truly the most flavorful juicy ham ever! The crew of 2 were helpful as it was nearly closing time and were so very nice and accommodating to my questions. I definitely will be back!

My 1st visit here and it was a very tasty experience at this ‘The Honey Baked Ham Store’ in N.E. Albuquerque (NM). Super nice Staff! Easy to locate. Ample parking available. Trying to cross busy traffic to get to this business may be an issue. Variety of products is surprising for a store this small! All very enticing! Prices are affordable and quality is thumbs-up! (NM) State & local guidelines and mandates for customer-protective coronavirus ‘precautions’ are taken seriously, here. Felt like I was about to tour The White House! Expect a WAIT during lunch hours! Check the info on your receipt to (possibly) get a buy-one get-one (BOGO) offer when you complete a Customer Survey!

There was a long line but I only spent 34 minutes total in the line and in store. I will find out Christmas day if their honey baked ham and side dishes are really amazing! Can’t wait!!!

I put in an order last year well in advance to pick up day before Thanksgiving and got my confirmation number and eveeything. When i showed up for pickup they didn’t even have my order. First time ordering there what a terrible experience it was. Dont waste your time with this place.

Haven’t been to this place in years.. but we decided to take a lot of pressure off of the family gathering this year.. and after listing the several options for prepared Thanksgiving yummies we chose Honey Baked Ham. Couldn’t have been happier for our decision.. the Smoked Turkey Breast and Spiral sliced Ham was perfectly cooked and scrumptious.. we ordered several of their sides to round out the meal.. sadly in closing I’ll just add this.. there were NO LEFTOVERS this year

I love their ham so was excited to try their sandwiches. Ordered through doordash & I was extremely disappointed by the sandwiches I received. Paid $9 for hardly any ham…definitely not how shown in their pictures. The macaroni salad side I paid $2 for was about 2 bites in a tiny little cup. And the $5 soup was barely a few spponfuls

Unfortunately this is not a good review for this holiday. I had pre-ordered a turkey for the Sunday following thanksgiving. I received a confirmation email and felt set for our family celebration. I went in on the Friday before per the instructions only to find they did not have any turkeys and would not be getting any. Now I understand things happen and if I would have been notified this was happening, I could have made other arrangements. My gripe is that I was not notified and at the very least, told it may not happen. I was asking this exact question when I went in, but one of the workers, not sure if manager or not, got real short and rude with me. They wanted to basically sweep it under the rug and offer a gift card. I did not accept. Anyway, I’ll think twice going these based on the lack of communication and rudeness.

Just like others are staying, getting yelled out when you walk in the store. Also got my ham and it was not wrapped it was just in the sack, why did they not wrap the ham? I understand the distance and cleaning but then why was staff not wearing mask correctly.
