The morning crew are the best! They pay attention to your order and clarify with you if they don’t know. Other shifts don’t have that attentiveness to orders. I will order items for mobile order and they are incorrect or they’ve added things, like whip, to orders that don’t come with it. The most recent time, I ordered a dairy free coffee frapp for mobile order and came in to see it covered in whip.

Two weeks here for a class and I really enjoyed my stops here at this particular Starbucks. As busy as they can get on family days they do an awesome job at keeping things running. The early morning vibe here is awesome for studying. I just recently revised the published hours and it’s pending approval so don’t be fooled. They open at 0600, not 0530hrs.

I’ve been to so many Starbucks, even overseas. This is the worst, slowest, and unprofessional Starbucks that I’ve been to. Even, the manager is not trained and experienced to handle that store, they are always out of items to make drinks, don’t know how to process gift cards, etc. The list is big, but the point is that this store needs someone who has experience and knows how to run a business.

It’s frustrating when u try to earn extra points and u can’t cause u have to try every item. I can custom my drink but I can’t have the food or a majorityofthedronks you offer (not dairy-free or gluten or keto). I wish they would make it easy to understand.
