Ordered,, spent 35$. Was asked to pull up and they would bring order out. Get home, and my order wasn’t even mine and couldn’t have cost more than $20. I’m absolutely livid especially since I love on the 3rd floor and am highly allergic to fish, which is what they gave me. And to boot, no receipt.

Let me start by saying Zion was taking my order and handed me my order…. He has no customer service at all…. When he was taking my order I felt like I was bugging him on his time. When handed me my order he looked like he was tired and didn’t want to be bothered. He wiped my drink down bc it was dirty out side the cup and proceeded to throw the paper he cleaned my cup with out the window on to the ground…..I asked for Arby’s sauce and he just shook his head yes…. So I asked again for Arby’s sauce than he gave it to me. If you don’t want to work that find another job, if you don’t like customer service than find another job. This is pathetic!!!! Will not be coming here again. H

When you want “fast food” don’t go here! They need to replace this Arby’s with a Burger King. Please shut it ALL the way down. If they’re gonna have 4 cars sitting in the drive thru line for 20mins+, peeping through the windows waiting for us to just drive off then they need to quit. Don’t even have the courtesy to change their hours on Google cause why y’all closed at 8pm and suppose to be opened til 11pm. This is ridiculous. Do not recommended.
