I ordered the wedge salad for lunch. I have ordered wedge salads at many restaurants before, but read the description given on the menu to be clear on what I was ordering. When the salad came out, it was romaine lettuce instead of iceberg in the shape of an oval. There was lots of empty space on the plate….very small portion for $15.50. I questioned the waiter about getting the wrong salad. He said that it was the wedge salad and that was the best wedge they could make with romaine. I couldn’t believe he just didn’t say they were out of iceberg lettuce and couldn’t make the menu item. I showed my disbelief when he said this was their wedge salad. I suggested they change the menu description to reflect the salad I got. He said no…this is our wedge. When I mentioned that it says iceberg lettuce on the menu and that it was falsely represented, he had no reply. I will not return. There are many other places in Omaha to order a salad at a much more reasonable price and staff who have integrity.

Our server, Olivia, was wonderful. The food was delicious and fresh. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. This is a very clean and friendly environment with sniling staff and fresh, healthy food! Absolutely our new favorite in the area.

Tastes fresh from the garden. Very open and airy atmosphere. Décor isn’t my cup of tea (quilts, antiques) but it’s still very clean and light and airy.

Stopped here after a long day at the zoo and fell in love. Cute atmosphere, quaint market feel, and the food is worth leaving a review for! Rather healthy or hearty their menu has many items which will satisfy your cravings. They accommodated all my allergens as well. If we lived anywhere near Omaha we would be regulars!

In September, I treated two girlfriends to brunch at Market Basket. I ordered the Normandy Toast–and it changed my life! My friend Brook said it was the most delicious thing she had tasted all year!. Agreed! Simply amazing!

Owners are some of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. Zero stars if I could. Atrocious behavior for fully grown women.

Horrible place. Trash food. Trash workers. Trash establishment that needs to be shut down since it’s a waste in a good area. No one wants to work here for a reason & yall have 3 stars because your food is trash & overpriced & your workers are rude as hell

Very disappointed with my lunch April 16. I met a friend there as she wanted a place between us. I do not go often but when I do I order chicken salad on a croissant. Usually well made and nearly worth the cost of $12. The croissant was teeny and falling into pieces. The chicken salad was as small as if it was dropped on from an ice cream scoop. Not able to be picked up. Fell apart when i tried. Ate I with a fork. They could not have been low on either component as we were there at 11:30. They need to buy one at Paradise Cafe and compare.
