We were greeted by a very friendly counter person who took our order quickly and explained some new items on the menu. I had ordered the Royal Cheesecake Blizzard not realizing that it had raspberry in it (I’m not a raspberry fan) and when I mentioned it he immediately stopped the person making it and had it redone without the raspberry, although I had not asked him to. That’s the little extra things I appreciate! I like DQ ice cream and this Blizzard did not disappoint! Best place for a quick sweet treat!

Half of my $50 order was wrong, and two items were missing. When I asked for missing items and a sandwich and drink correction, the shift manager was very obviously angry about the request and wouldn’t give me a chance to talk. She kept storming away to the kitchen and yelling to the other staff that she wasn’t going to argue with me, shouting loud enough for the whole store to hear. It was so embarrassing. I still ended up leaving without one of my missing items. I will drive across town to avoid going back to that location.
