I do go here often. The quality of food is good, but the service quality is a hit and miss. They got friendly staff but in the last two visits, they had a single waitress for the entire restaurant while someone else sat on the counter simply handling take out delivery ” yup they’re busy for takeouts”. You may have to wait to get your order to be taken, but the food is good, looks fresh and tasty.

Wow this place is amazing. The miso soup tastes waaaay better than other miso soups I’ve had. The waitress was so sweet to my 2yo, even cut up the tofu in the soup so it was smaller for him to swallow. I got a shrimp sushi roll and my husband got the miso ramen. The portioning of edamame was more than enough for two people.

Been coming to this same restaurant since 2017. They’ve changed names, but their food has stay the same and i see some new items on the menu. My favorite has to be the beef rib miso Ramen and deep fried Cali roll. My daughter loves her chicken teriyaki and shrimp ebi.

this visit disappointed me very much. my family and I came for rolls and waited for them for almost 30 minutes. we order the same thing every time. before this incident, we were cooked in 10 minutes. the manager blatantly lied that we made an order 5 minutes ago when I asked him about waiting too long for more than 20 minutes. it’s a pity that I gave this place 5 stars earlier.

Been going to this place ever since I first moved to the United States nearly a decade ago. Following the change of management during the pandemic, customer service seemed and the general quality of things went down quite a bit. However, the food is still decently good, but not as good as before.
