Very disappointed. Ordered and added tip in advance which I shouldn’t have. Order was delivered quick initially. Open the pie eat the first slice, 2nd slice a hair baked within the cheese. Oh no. Call the store. They deliver another pizza and the manager supposedly needed the old one for evidence. The delivery guy took my breadsticks and cinnamon sticks from original order. Safe to say I’ll be done with pizza hut.

Out of all the excellent things this restaurant has changed a lot since there are more new people the environment has changed there are many kind and respectful people I have been present When they are disrespected for no reason or reason, I have been there and there are many people who are simply not ashamed, but the service they gave me and I saw that they gave other people It was very beautiful and elegant and even people who entered in a bad mood left smiling, I witnessed this in person and it was very pleasant

Had not visited a Pizza Hut in years. Saw the commercial for XL New Yorker with double pepperoni. Look at the image on the website for this pizza and the picture of what I received. When I brought this to their attention they assured me this is correct. I won’t be back.

Horrible!! Ordered a pizza for my very hungry boyfriend and he missed the first call because he was in the bathroom so he calls back and gets cussed out (?!) Order is canceled even though I ordered over an hour before closing time. Chick I get on the phone can barely speak English and has no idea why order was canceled. Never had issues with any other Pizza Hut but they got a bunch of buffoons working at this one from the looks of it. Stay away!

I ordered two pasta dishes, one was the chicken and the other the sausage. Both dishes were overcooked, neither had any of the sauce, they were both very dry. Also, it took an hour to receive those two items. I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again anytime soon. The quality of their products as well as customer service has gone way down. Back to Anthony’s Coal fired pizza for me.

I ordered specific things on my pizza because my friend has allergies to mushrooms & they loaded it with mushrooms. The delivery lady didn’t want to come upstairs, huffed & puffed & complained to me about having to come upstairs. So I was like I have a tip for you if you just come up the elevator. She said she doesn’t even care. Worst customer service ever anywhere

So disappointed. I hadn’t used this pizza hut in a long time as i moved further away from it. They always had the best pizza in the area. Yesterday I ordered a New York Pizza and breadsticks and picked it up myself. Both the pizza and breadsticks were hard and dry. Looked like it was reheated not fresh. The whole thing went in the trash. Sorry to say but that was the last order with them.

The manager is the worst person ever. How did he even get the title?! He hung up in my face when I told him I’m missing a soda. He told me that I called earlier and complained but this is my first time calling so that tells me someone else called and complained as well. (I have it all on video) He has a strong accent and needs to be fired. When I asked for his name, he told me he doesn’t have to disclose his name to me. Also, the food is disgusting. I couldn’t even finish it. I won’t be returning to this location. I’m hoping this matter will be resolved.

This was a pretty disappointing delivery. So much crust and virtually no sauce (not by request). After delivery fee and tip (even though it took nearly an hour to deliver), for this pizza photoed below is $31. Not worth it, order elsewhere.
