Amazing flavor in the broth I really recommend the pickled vegetables broth. I got the beef and my wife got the fish. Portions were good and the broth was very hot. Also the host/waiter/boss? Was super nice and helpful!!! We will definitely be back!

Glad we found this place! Price, food, and atmosphere were all good. We really enjoyed the beef noodle soup and grilled squid. The spicy pickled cabbage was also delicious and fresh. We will definitely be back and try more things on the menu.

Very unique spot. It’s a mini hot pot type of setting. Ordered spicy beef brisket and spicy beef soup. Broth was mild but still pretty spicy. The potatoe curls were great and tasted like a crispy French fry. Dumplings were flavorful as well. Would def come back.

First time trying Sanshi Noodle House on W. Colonial Dr. When we first walked in, first impression was clean, open, not dark and not crowded with tables next to each other, that’s a check mark for us. After we sat down, customers service was exceptional, very friendly, that’s another check mark for us! Not too long after we seated, the waitress brought over a free pickled cabbage and iced water, who does not like free side dish? that’s another check mark for us.

I went for the first day. I did wait for a looooong time. After I sat down, they forgot my order. So i had to wait for another hour. However, the noodle is amazing. I can eat it as it is with some delicious hot chili sauce and vinegar. The soup is good. The portion is a little small for me. But I did order 2 portions of noodles, which made it ok for me. I know it was the first day. So I still give it a 5. Welcome to Orlando! Hope u guys could settle with better service and stay consistent with the good food quality!

I was there yesterday which the restaurant is super busy with long waiting line,my friends came earlier than me, put us on the waiting list. I was there 1:40pm,we had to waiting an hour and half to have the food on the table was 3:11pm,literally waited 90 mins for one meal!It’s ground opening plus the holiday season, I guess it’s understandable,the host is super nice lady in the front,polite and smile,she is very nice!They also have membership buy 100 give 15 dollars extra,200 give 35 extra deals. I guess I will go there again soon. I enjoyed my time with my friends.

Food was amazing, they put those peppercorn oil into the noodles, and it gives it a slightly numbing florally kick. Rich flavor, it’s really just smooth, and happy, and aromatic, and makes you feel content. Definitely recommended, 10/10 no doubt.

Strongly recommend the fish maw chicken soup rice noodles or fish maw beef rice noodles. The soup is very rich and the portion is pretty large. The appetizer must be ordered with salted crispy chicken and salted crispy chicken legs.The quality of service is also very good, the server are very enthusiastic to explain the order of the small dishes to us .

We went on a Sunday. No lines. But the food was so bland. Way worse than I expected. I could easily cook it better than they do at home. Not worth the drive or the money at all!!! Won’t go back there again
