This was my first time trying cava and it was amazing. The service was immaculate, I was helped by a team member named Lake. He let me try each flavor of the dips and was so kind. I really appreciate the customer service and the welcoming atmosphere. 10/10 experience!

Very good food. If you’ve ever been to Subway or freebirds, this place is like a Greek version of those places. Think of a burrito bowl from freebirds with greek-ish ingredients. Prices were pretty steep but the ingredients were good. Portions were average. Over all dang good food.. recommended for sure.

First time at CAVA, not going to be my last time. I got there just in time before a huge line formed behind me. Great place clean with a nice patio area. Thoroughly enjoying my Harissa bowl. Staff are so cordial and welcoming, thanks so much Tyler for finishing up my bowl it was amazing!! Service was fast and easy and prepared with care.

I absolutely LOVE Cava!!! The Mediterranean version of Chipotle, haha. The food is always fresh and flavorful and their lemon chicken bowl is hands down my favorite “salad” of all time. No modifications needed!! Well, I add extra cucumbers because I love extra crunch, but that’s not a modification, per se. The Sonterra location is particularly fantastic as my bowls consistently look and taste amazing – even with their regular lunch rushes. Fair warning: be prepared for circling around the parking lot if you’re trying to dine in or placing an order upon arrival. Treat yourself by giving them a visit 🙂

First time visiting CAVA. I chose one of the chef curated bowls, the harissa avocado. Spicy and delicious! You can also make your own bowl with lots of different options for greens and grains. You order at the counter and walk along the line kind of like a Subway sandwich place and then pay. There are some bottled drinks you can pick up in line or you can get a fountain drink or water when you pay. I went on a Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. and it was not very busy. I was with a large group of 11 and we were all able to sit together in one area

Had an excellent experience at this CAVA location a few weeks ago. Caprice and Bella were patient with me as I asked questions about the menu. Their Manager was engaging and helped me make a good salad dressing choice (Greek… it’s delicious!). I really enjoyed my dinner! So tasty and fresh! I especially appreciated how clean everything was inside the food case. Wish I lived closer so I could eat here more often!

I’ve seen Cava a few times while visiting the shopping plaza. It’s a made to order Mediterranean restaurant primarily focusing on grains, salads, and pitas. You start with a base (grains, rice, salad, pita), add spreads (hummus, tzatziki, eggplant), add protein (chicken, falafel, lamb), add toppings (onions, cucumbers, corn avocado, etc…), finish with a dressing (tahini, vinaigrette, dill, etc…).
