We tried Ju Mak Jip for the first time today and loved the traditional Korean dishes offered here. We tried the fried dumplings, grilled mackerel, bulgogi, and the yukgaejang. It’s been months since we went out for Korean food, so we were very excited to bring this home. The young woman who took my order and gave it to me was very nice as well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for straightforward, delicious Korean food.

I’ve had a meal here a few times already, and the Korean food is quite tasty. Even though some of the dishes say spicy, they are just the right amount of spice. As with most Korean restaurants, they provide small dishes to whet your appetite. The interior design of the restaurant is quite unique as well. They also have a TV airing Korean content as well. Overall, dining here is a nice experience.

I enjoyed the meal immensely. I think I may have been the only American in the place which is always a good sign. The menu is small and I think that improves the quality of the food. I had a beef and tofu dish with black bean sauce. The spice was perfect! The bonchon was fantastic especially the lotus root. I will definitely return when I am in the area.

Food is very close to authentic Korean style. Side dishes are very tasty (as a Korean). Good quality pork belly ! I went there with a friend came from Korea to have a fish soup, he told me it was better than lots of restaurants in Korean. Only down side is during the busy time, don’t expect a good services.

The food is ok. I grew up in Korea so I tend to have a distinguished palate of desire. They kept to very simple options. The worse was the disgusting display of one of the restrooms. It made me.wonder about the restaurant hygiene, too bad I discovered after my meal.

Delicious! Visiting from out of state and heard great things about this restaurant. Luckily the dinner surpassed my expectations. My table shared dishes and I really loved the spicy octopus and grilled mackerel. Would definitely eat here again if I’m ever back in town.
