I always order on the app. The speaker system in the drive thru needs an upgrade for a brand new store. I can barely hear them speak and make out what they’re saying. Is there a reason I have to check to make sure I get ANY napkins let alone more than one napkin for 4 burgers? Much better location than down the street from where they moved from.

We had almost no wait at the drive thru, the guy at the first window was friendly, and the young lady at the second window was polite and promptly handed us the correct order. Ignore the one star reviews. Every new business goes through growing pains. People need to chill out.

Keny is the sweetest person at the drive through. He always makes sure my order is put in correctly. The other staff don’t listen to orders correctly through the drive through and end up giving me the wrong items.

Popped in for breakfast via curbside service. Clean outside, busy drive-thru, plenty of available parking. Food was hot, all the necessary cutlery, butter and syrup, napkins, and jelly were provided.

Miss the days when there were more than 2 employees running a McDonalds but I’m an old Gen X. Food was good but I wanted two hot sauces and and a ketchup packet for my sausage burrito meal and I could only get two sauces. SMH.

tonight was the second time I’ve gone to pick up a mobile order and upon arrival the apps suddenly doesn’t work when I go to enter the number for curbside pick up. i pull up to the window, the manager sees my receipt and the charge pending from when I paid and still she does nothing but shrug her shoulders at me. they offered no assistance whatsoever but tried to say it was my phone that was the problem claiming that I didn’t have internet connection even though im using Spotify at the time. ive now paid for 2 meals i never received from this establishment. either something is seriously wrong at this place or they are running a scam using the app.

Horrible customer service, not only did no one greet us at the drive thru they looked grumpy. The first window handed me our drinks, never saying a word then shut the window. We sat waiting a little then he finally came back and told me to pull up to the next window for our food.
