Shout out to Jen who took my order! She was great and patient with my order. She even looked for coupons she could apply, I take it because my old self likes to call or order in person instead of on an app. Didn’t take long for the food. Was greeted at the door and my food was correct. Is it the best pizza in the world? No, but customer service alone can make it better. I had a good experience overall and will be using them again in the future.

This place is horrible. They have successfully got my order wrong twice in a row. I even made the person taking my carry out call read the order back to me when I called it in and they still got it wrong. When I went back to ask for them to correct my order they insisted that was what I ordered. If you want Domino’s, find a different location.

Dominos, i like your stuff and attitude but tonight ot could’ve been better. The driver and on phone associate were fine but pizza not so much. Its not cut right and i ordered half bacon not 3/4 bacon wherever it lands. Its not the worst but still.

Every time I call the one in centervill they don’t answer the phone. I know they get busy but I tried for 1 hr. The I went to pizza hut. I rather not go there but dint feel like running out of my way. I wonder if anyone else has a problem

Orderd at 6pm and the wrong order showed up at 6:45. Only one thing was right. I called and they said to leave the wrong stuff outside and they would bring the right stuff and never did. It’s now 7:55 and I was told I would have my food 35 min ago and a refund that I had to ask for. Refund looks good but still no food. I have 3 kids and worked all day. Last thing I need. Wish Courtney still owned the place.

Would have left 0 stars if we could. We ordered around 9:30 pm and never received our order. We called the store multiple times and were told the next driver would be delivering it. Then once we got to about 11:45 pm they stopped answering our phone calls. Absolutely shameful the way this business is run. No cares for their customers as we were lied to multiple times by different people.
