The Coffee always tastes watered down at the Little Britain Rd location. Its awful. Ordered several different kinds of coffee from regular to latte to cappuccino but none were good. This is a convenient location on my way to work with a drive-thru but I stopped going to this location because of the quality and service. My daughter and her friend stopped by for signature lattes yesterday and said their drinks were terrible which prompted me to write this review. The taste is not what it should be. The DD on 300 union ave is very good but no drive thru, I would rather have good coffee.

They charged me for a large coffee when they gave me a medium after waiting for 20 minutes. Then don’t even give me the bagel I asked for. The bagel they did give wasn’t toasted. We went inside wouldn’t refund me, and we’re complaining and screaming at us. I will never go to this location ever again.

I stop by here pretty often and for the most part, the service is ok. Seems they have a lot of turn around. Today I stopped by around 4pm and got a medium black regular and med black dark roast……The best cup of coffee my wife and I have had from any Dunkin D’s hands down!!!! Good job ladies

Nothing has changed! This is still the worst Dunkin Donuts in the area. The employees are never pleasant. They seem agitated and bored. Orders but especially specialty coffees are wrong every, single time! You wait 10 minutes, order, have to repeat said order, get messed up order, park and go inside to get the correct order. ‍♀️ It’s easier just going to a better Dunkin Donuts. This one is not it!

Can we have less than 1 star? This place used to be good and within the past year it’s gone so down hill. Tried to go there again today, started to order and immediately they cut me off. I tried explaining again what I was trying to order and then 2 of them decided to start yelling over me. Drove away and never again will I be going there. I’ve worked 10 years in retail, there’s no reason to be that short and rude to someone. Take your bad attitude somewhere else, you’re costing your manager and their business money..tip to the hiring team, get new people.
