Any time I am dropping someone off or picking up from Bradley Airport, I stop for a coffee. They make your order right every time and actually show customer service the way it should be. Given the fact it’s so far in between that I visit this specific location, it is never the same employees. This just shows me they train their employees right and that they actually care about their job, unlike most places. I will definitely continue to return each time I pick up or drop off!!

It’s a dunkin near the airport. In nvenient to get in and out of. Staff was friendly, the food and coffee was exactly what we were looking for and it was exactly as clean as I expected a donut/coffee place with a drive thru to be.

Everything is great, but that drive thru and parking lots needs a lot of work. That is the busiest Dunkin’ every morning, yet there is so much potholes that need to be fixed. Not a good look and not safe on tires.

Poor customer service. They ignored us when we walked in, no one is smiling, didn’t thank us. Lack luster donuts. No refills on the iced tea. Real bummer. They don’t have sweet tea on tap. Another bummer. Convenient to get in and out and they have a drive through.

This Dunkin discriminates against non-dairy customers I was charged 60 cents extra for almond milk and it was not enough for my taste coffee was to dark seems like all the Dunkins are sticking it to the little people now so I will cut back on coffee and go back to my tea , so cut your nose off to spite your face owners instead of $35 to $40 per week now maybe only $5 a week from this customer and maybe no $ anymore for you greedy franchise owners shame on them and shame shame on you all , their profits are already alot on their products
