The good was warm but orangechicken doesnt taste like REAL chicken. When you bite you’ll see like nuggets just tossed in honey and orange to say it’s orangechicken.. atleast that’s how it tasted. Dry and the old. I couldnt even take a second bite of the orange chicken and kung pao chicken. I felt nauseated and didnt eat it.

Went in at 4 pm on Friday 4 employees behind counter only one cooking. Out of everything almost so female employee says they are only planning on making a couple items right now none of what I came in for but my wife wanted so I waited ten minutes. Now a male employee comes out to make my wife’s food she asks for chicken breast and the first one he cuts is raw in center. After my wife says something because HE CONTINUES TO SERVE IT TO HER. He pushes it aside and cuts another and another raw raw. We left and will not be back to this location. Train your employees and get a manager this was the worst Panda I have ever been to.

It has been going downhill lately. Customer service is definitely lacking and the portions they give you are very small and they don’t even have items alot of the time at night and if it’s later they refuse to make anything even if all there stuff is gone and they have a bunch of people wanting food several customers walked out and we only got half servings of everything we ordered. Very disappointed.

I used to work at Panda Express. So, I was very shocked there were no forks or straws at the self-service counter (empty holders). I know regional managers are very strick on their restaurants and especially things like that. I will say though, the young adult staff were well groomed. Not like other fast food joints!
