My wife and I dine often at the Shiloh Hokkaido, so that is my reference point. I have rated the Shiloh Hokkaido to be 5 Stars, for many reasons. The food is excellent, spicy at a proper amount. Service is very good full service. Wine and beer are available. It has typical but modest restaurant seating.

This is a small, modern ramen shop. We were glad to find it as Billings definitely benefits from something like this. Got our food relatively quickly, presentation was good, taste was good. It wasn’t outstanding among ramen shops but a good shop to visit that serves a tasty bowl of ramen, and boba if you want it.

The staff had a big group of people in before us so they were very busy trying to get caught up. We were greeted by the cook promptly who informed us that they were about 15 minutes out on orders. The counter host then said she would be right with us to take our order. We order our food and sat down to wait for it. The staff was excellent and did a great job getting our food out quickly and it was delicious. Keep up the great work at this location!

Ok I’m in town for business and I have stopped by this place several times and once I I must say the consistency of great food great atmosphere was always perfect yeah at times it took a little longer what do you expect when it’s only one person and they’re making the food and taking the orders and doing everything else great service loved it will be a repeat customer always come back whenever I’m in town
