Literally stopped going here because unless you watch them make your sandwich they don’t make it right. Employees are slow and can’t follow simple directions. Sometimes they ust wrap up ur bread and meat, won’t even put any veggies so always check before you leave or just go to another store. Tried again today to see if it improved but apparently not. Only ordered 2 sandwiches no other customers were there, gave them clear ingredient instructions and I still got a sandwich with nothing but meat in it. Just don’t even bother honestly. Mistakes are normal but these employees can’t even perform the bare minimum.

Wife went grab me a sandwich @7:25 pm. They ignored the drive thru which happens just about everytime we go to it at this location. Worker was rude and rolling his eyes, after my wife said something about not getting a response on the drive thru. Might as well turn off drive thru sign.

Went for a breakfast steak and egg. They do not serve breakfast apparantly. So got the Philly cheese steak. They do not serve mozzarella cheese apparantly. Got a soda and the fountain machine had no soda available. This subway sucks. The inside is nicely remodeled. What a shame.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst customer service I ever experienced. I’m usually not one to complain and understand you’re not gonna be happy all the time. But the worker was so rude he ignored me and put 1 slice of turkey on my sandwich literally. Very sad because this is my second time when I had bad service. Left a bad taste in my mouth so I will not be returning.

I’m trying to order at drive thru and I guess speaker is broken kept saying hello hello and finally decided to just show up at the window. I’ve now waited 5 minutes and haven’t been acknowledged. Pretty bad service and the window says Closed! What the heck?

Came in last night just before 530. All they had was wheat bread. When I asked how long it would be for anything else the female worker said “it takes over two hours to make bread and it’s too late to do that” so we left. As did the 2 people behind us. 530 is literally dinner time. How is nothing but wheat available? Horrible service with a bad additude.
