We ate a late lunch at Firehouse subs. Overall the food was great. The employees were very friendly. But, the food took greater than 15 minutes and out of 5 of us, 3 of our meals were prepared incorrectly. This included a chicken salda with NO chicken. Before you take your order to go, make sure and check that it is prepared correctly.

I work at a local Business and have a short lunch break and figured a quick sub from Firehouse Subs would be great. I drove the 3 miles to the restaurant and walked into an empty restaurant which is always full of people and thought “Awesome! I beat the rush!” I ordered my sub, sat down to wait for my name to be called. A couple of young ladies walked in and ordered their subs, then a gentleman, then an older couple placed their order. I felt good because I really beat the rush. The whole time the crew were busting out all these subs for what I could make out as call in orders. Ten minutes went by and one of the workers looked up and said, “You have been waiting for a while, huh?” Then asked what my name was, I answered and she turned to another associate and said to them “You need to start working on his order.” Firehouse Subs priorities have changed. Walk-in Customers use to have priority over phone in orders. Walk-in customers take the time to drive to the restaurant to get their food fresh, warm and not soggy. I never leave poor reviews and it hurts me to do so today, because I love the food at Firehouse Subs. The service for the walk-in customer needs to be re-addressed. Thank you Firehouse Subs for all you do for the community and the Local Fire & Rescue Services.

We love firehouse! The potato soup is SO good and all the sandwich ingredients are always fresh! The employees are super sweet and speedy too. I love the cherry limeade also. If u want a sandwich in Kalispell… go to Firehouse!
