We had dinner here with a group of friends from work. Our waitress was cheerful and friendly without being intrusive. She didn’t have any problem being included in the banter and the foolery that was going on and we all had a great evening. Our food was good and just as ordered. My girlfriend had to wait for her meal a little longer then the rest of us because our waitress sent it back to be re-done. The steak had been over cooked and she wanted it to be perfect. Erika took really good care of us.

The only reason I have LS a 2nd star is because the 1st steak I had was pretty good. I’ve are there two times in the past week and both times it took long time to get my salad(take in mind the place wasn’t crowed). I ordered sweet tea with no lemon… When I got it, it had lemon in it. I ordered ranch dressing for my salad… When I got it, it had thousand island. I wasn’t going to sit there and waste my money on bad service. All you have to do it slow down, pay attention to what your customers says as they are ordering and nothing goes wrong. The water I had seemed very impatient. If it was crowded, I would definitely understand the impatient part, but come on. I will not be visiting this establishment ever again. Burn me once… Shame on me. Burn me twice… Well, I just won’t come back. Wow. I just published my review and decided to read other reviews. I could not believe my eyes at all the bad reviews. My money will not be back in this establishment. I changed my review to one star.

The place stank of vomit, I paid way to much for a steak that was 1/3 fat and gristle. I would of had a better experience at McDonald’s. I would not return to this chain. I have had similar experiences at their other locations. It’s time for them to liquidate the brand and shut down.

Service was fantastic! Was in a couple weeks ago and our server went above and beyond to make eating out with kiddos a good time lol along with tending to the rest of our party. She along with everyone on shift were super friendly. Food was pretty tasty too.

Food and Service were impeccable, but they need to expand the sides and offer a better choice of appetizers. Also, I wished they would bring back the old theme. I don’t like the fancy upscale decor that they have now. A bit pricey, too.

I visited this location to celebrate my cousin birthday and the service of my waitresses was awful and so was the manager Stephine! Stephine was unprofessional and rude. Take this review for what’s its worth. Don’t let the card out of ur sight. I messed up a couple years ago and was charged 40.00 extra after I left. Thank god I had my copy with me. Hands down best steak in town. Just pay cash if all possible.
