Horrible.. when my pizza came out, there was a hair in it. The server was decent but we noticed he kept getting yelled at by coworkers and manager. The entire restaurant doesn’t need to hear that, help him next time.

Staff was very friendly, maybe a little on the slow side for how busy they were at the time. I deducted a star because I found it very odd that their menus don’t have prices listed – I noticed when I wanted to compare what a personal pan pizza cost compared to getting their buffet. I ended up just getting the buffet without asking how much the personal pan pizza was because I was kind of hungry.

I stopped in last night to pick up my pizza I ordered online. They were obviously severely short staffed but the woman who was in front was terrific and dealt with so much from running pizza’s outside to curb less, to stocking the buffet, to dealing with front counter people waiting. For the most part all the people waiting were understanding of them being short staffed. There were 2 people who decided to be entitled and mean about this and made the staff feel horrible but the woman at the front deserves a huge shout out for being gracious, apologetic and had great customer service .

We went on a Friday night about 5:00 p.m. which is a typical busy time for any restaurant. They were short staffed. People were getting upset about the weight for the buffet including myself. But the lady that was trying to run everything and keep it all together did an amazing job about apologizing and making sure the customers were as happy as they could be. I actually went in feeling frustrated but even though we had to wait for some food, I actually left there feeling pretty good. Whoever that lady is that was running it that night. Good job that wasn’t easy to have to deal with.

Called to ask about dine in… “yes you can dine in.” Great, head over, and when we get there… “No, as soon as the dining room empties out I’m going home so you can’t dine in.” (Still several hrs before closing time) Well then you should have said so on the phone…
